I am attaching my 30 weeks ultrasound Doppler report..Is AC lag a cause of concern ? Is this the case of IUGR? What about EFW which was 1.5 kg at that time .?

I'm taking treatment of vulvaginitis other than this, I'm facing problem related to urine like passing frequent small amount of urine and burning, although my urine test report are fine. No infection is deceted. What might be the reason?

Hello doctor I done my scanning on March 1st 2022 , report says i have anterior placenta with grade 0 . Low limit reaching towards OS. My question is will it affect baby ? If yes what kind ?
