Performed iui on 11th may . Feeling slightly or sometimes high pain in abdomen like muscles stretching. Is there any serious ?

Hi I am 33 y/o of 2.6 years old boy mother . Recently i stopped feeding to baby And from then i have started upper back pain..neck and shoulder and hand pain..and sometimes stomach pain... Visited to nearest dr.he suggested me some vitamins like folic acid and D3. This pain is normal or i should visit to specialist?? PS . I not getting proper sleep since long due to baby Please advise. I have got my last period on 10th April which almost 8 days early to my normal date , I started taking Provera ( medroxyprogesterone 10 ) on 11th May after my period was late this month .
