Lactare capsules or powder
To increase breast milk is it worth to take lactare. Secondly, whether it is good to have lactare in capsules or in powder form.
Breast feeding consultant suggested me these capsules, two capsule thrice a day. And while exploring on web i came across powder form as well.
Need your guidance.
