Pregnancy and Infertility

Hello Doctors, I am suffering from high prolactin level of 42ng/ml. I am taking carbergoline twice a week and B-Long table once per day. Today is the first day of my period and in last two days small red rashes or bumps developed on my whole body. So, please let me know the reason behind this rashes. Please refer attachment for reference.

My period cycle would be 28 to 30 days I got married in Feb after getting married from last three months my period cycle came 25 days is normal r to be worried

My wife experience crucial pain in her breast after feeding the baby. Complete breast is paining. Before feeding no pain is there.

Previously I went through laproscopy for chocolate cyst. I have both overies,my amh leval is low. It is 0.985.My fertlity pannel test report came normal. ?my periods are regular. I hear their is not any treatment in to increase amh leval. As I am divorced and single again. Should it need to take treatment fast on it. Because still I did not found prosepective match. So their is no issue of planning baby. But in future after marriage I can plan for baby.

(Background risk 1:170 & adjusted risk 1: 2637)FHR 160, CRL 62.6mm,NT 1.1mm, BPD 18.6 mm, Ductus 1.11 ,nasal bone present,all r normal..*posterior low Dual Marker trisomy21. (Background risk 1:238 & adjusted risk 1: 519), free bhcg 111.7IU/I (=3.422MoM),PAPP-A 2.780 (=0.791MoM), uterine artery 1.560(=0.965MoM), Mean arterial pressure 87.8(=1.0267MoM) Concern : in my dual marker interpretation it says "intermediate risk" for down syndrome and low risk for late onset pre eclampsia... Why there is intermediate risk.. please reply

My doctor suggest novelon tablet 21for three cycle for ovarian cyst and endometrium. I have to take olanex f (olazapine+fluoxetine) 5+20mg 1/2(half tablet daily). Can both tablet cause in problem? Can i take both tablet after dinner? Please help sir/mam.

Hi Am a Lactating mother, I got c section in February, My age is 28 Since one week am having pain in below hip, Getting pain while bending and sitting, Do I need to go for hospital? If yes is this comes under gynec or orthopaedic?Please advice
