Pregnancy and Infertility

Hi, on my Day 13 my right follicle is 24mm with 9 mm ET thickness. Free fluid n vascularity both are + since day 11 but follicle is not ruptured yet. Is there any chance of ovulation with 24mm follicle? In how many days follicle gets ruptured after free fluid seen? I have mild pcod. My report is attached.

Recently i have went for ultrasound scan of breast in that it is showing as well defined hypoechoic mass-like fibroadenoma.. what does it means???

Developed granulation tissue in perenium 6 weeks after episiotomy healed. However internal swelling persists in episiotomy area and experiencing burning, stinging pain while and after passing motion. Sitz bath gives temporary relief. Unable to sit for more than 15min. Fibre supplements were taken however no much relief seen. What else can be done for relieving pain and healing of the tissue.

I did not sleep last night properly, watching tv, slept for 4 hours and a mild cramping in morning and got a brownish discharge on tissue paper in night..i am okay..is any issue of miscarriage..last friday i took susten injection 100ml, tomorrow will have again..is it because i am late for injection.. i am in stress.. please suggest what to do.. still need to go yo doc next week for heartbeat scan..

I am 21 year old , weight 48.7 kg ,height 5'3" and my breast are very small.Is there any chances my breast could increase with out any surgery

My periods usually last 5 days but I'm having irregularities from past 3 months on 1/3 month my periods lasted 6 days then they got shorter lasted month it lasted for 3 days this month it lasted for 2 and half days I'm worried please help doctor also my periods started coming on  different dates longer or on expected dates

Today is 10 day for my wife we had done follicular study the follicle size is 1.8×1.7 and the ET is 6mm is this normal or lower. Kindly advise please.

She is having spotting for 5 days and not having periods last period she have on the 18th of April 2022

Missed periods in April. Took derivy for withdrawal bleeding and got my period from May 3rd-7th. Before that my cycle was usually from 27-32 days. Currently having intense pain in the lower abdomen and uterus region. What could be causing it?
