Ovarian drilling done

Hi doctor, My 3 ovulation induction cycles got failed and i got laproscopic ovarian drilling done 2 weeks back..my tubes are clear and drilling done...will my chances of conception increases? Do i need to go to IUI instead of natural? Please suggest

Yes. Your chances of Ovulation will increase and so will your chances of conception. IUI is just a shade better than natural conception because it is timed nicely according to Ovulation. Also the semen is prepared. Even if you go for IUI you should continue your efforts for natural conception.
