Pregnancy and Infertility

I have PCOD . My Periods were regular since Last year but last month I missed my periods. Due date was on 24th April. On 2nd May I have tested UPT negative after that I started Meprate 10 mg on 6th May. It's been One week still I didn't get my periods. I need some suggestions regarding this matter.

I am 37 years old unmarried women , last evening I had severe pain in right side of my lower back , it was unbearable and i was vomiting continuously,So, i get done USG Abdomen and Pelvis , stone is detected in left kidney 7.0mm calculus is noted in the left proximal ureter about 5.5 cms from pelviureteric junction A 3.7 calculus is seen in left kidney mid pole. Pelvis : Endometrial thickness 8.9 mm.The ovaries are mildly bulky and demonstrate multiple peripherally arranged follicles,Right ovary,left ovary Please advise medicines to be taken for kidney stone and PCOD

Hi I'm 37 weeks got growth doppler scan done, the usg says fetus is 36 weeks, fetal parameters are bpd-8.9 cm, HC-32.4cm, ac-28.3 cm, fl- 6.7cm fhr-157bpm weight- 2.3 kg. Repoat concludes as fetal growth restriction. Doppler is normal and the baby moment is good My doctor is recommending for delivery in this week. Is it seriously? Is my baby at risk? Should I have to go in for induced labour or can I wait for normal term. Thanks in advance for the advice

I underwent a medical abortion last month April 19th. Bleeding continued for 1week. Got ultrasound to check for any RPOC. Report said, uterus and both ovaries normal. No evidence of RPOC seen. I have pcos and haven't had my periods in 3 months. I'm on homeopathy medication for the same. It feels like I'll almost get my periods but it doesn't come. I have all the symptoms.
