Dr I had travelled on bumpy road on bus for 3 hours after 2 and half months of cesarean delivery will it cause any problems like hernia in future

I had a medical abortionon on 3rd march, after that my first periods was happened on 10th April,but this month my periods is not yet happened, is there any thing to worry, when will my periods happen.

Hi, my age is 27 and am unmarried. Last year, my amh level was 3.17 from lal path lab and this year, amh is 2.39 from thyrocare. There is large fluctuation. Is there any problem? Or is it normal. Do AMH level generally fluctuates? My other hormone tests are normal.

My endometrical thickness measured 4.6 mm. In reports shows its normal. Any suggestions or second view. I'm planning for baby. Is this creates any issues.

I've been having a lot of problems during PMS, out of which sleep cycle and mood swings are the most uncontrollable and has been affecting my work as well. My sleep cycle is generally not good, but during the PMS time, it's absolutely out of control. I'm not able to sleep at night, no matter how tired I am. And when I do fall asleep, it's very difficult to wake up and get out of bed on time, it feels like I'm on a half asleep state and keep falling back to sleep and waking up every few minutes. I get irritated very easily and frequently during this time. It feels like everything irritates me,and sometimes I feel like banging my head on the wall. I can't focus on anything. Uncontrollable emotions, I feel helpless. This only happens during PMS. During and after periods I'm absolutely fine. Other issues which are usually mild- digestive problems, bloating, nausea, acne (sometimes it's severe)
