I want my periods to come faster If i take Primolut N for 3 times a day, how long should i take it for periods to come? Or is there any other medicine that i should take?

Can I take perinorm n lacto granules together to increase lactation?? I hv less milk to feed my baby

Hi doc.. I had my periods on 24/06/2022 and it ended on 27/06/2022. On 28 and 29 there was nothing I didn't even have my white discharge. After that I had spottings mixed of light red, brown, dark brown and light brown discharge till 11/07/2022. And on 12/062022 my period started again. I took tranexamic acid and mefenamic acid tablet for 3 days as my gynae prescribed it to stop my spottings but my spottings didn't stop.. And I have haemorrhagic cyst in my right ovary too. Its 23 x 17 mm.
