Hi Dr. I have a ovary cyst and here I will attach my ultrasound report. Kindly let me know if this is dangerous? Do i need medical or surgical treatment or I can leave it like this. Should I do test for CA125.

From last few days..in the area above right breast but below collarbone..I feel hardness..it doesn't have any pain of its own..but as I pressed it a lot of times..bit of pain is felt there now..I feel that area is mildly swollen as compared to the left side.. iam currently on my 3rd day of periods.. kindly help

I am facing heavy menstrual bleeding since last 4 days. I had to change 8 ultra pads daily. I am feeling very weak and dizzy.

I had c section delivery 22days back.. from past 4-5days having gas issue.. from me same is transferring to baby. Im taking simple and plain food like moong dal, roti, daliya, milk. Same routine and food, currently taking unienzym tablet, rabeprazol empty stomach and digene but issue not completely resolve.. looking forward for suggestion
