I am know case of pcos..Has an cyst in left ovary and polyscystic ovaries in right Is taking treatment for conceiving Had taken goodava tablet course for 5 days Yesterday was 9th day of cycle, did follicular study which shows no right and left dominant follicle.. What should be my next line of action? Does that mean there will be no ovulation this cycle?

Goodova tablets are to be started on a specific day of the cycle.  You should get sonography of the lower abdomen (on alternate days) from day 12 of the cycle.  There is still time for maturing of the follicle.
