Pregnancy and Infertility

I am worried about my placental position. Plz tell me will it affect my baby...And I habe attached the reports. So far no bleeding. OB has suggested to be careful. Not to sit down and do any strnous activity. Are there chances it ll go up.

I have a very regular cycle. Last month my period started on 9th (9th June). On June 16th, I have taken act 72 pill . Now I haven't got my period yet as of today, July 14th.  I have cramps and discomfort in my lower abdomen. Can you please suggest something?

I'm 18 weeks 5 days today. Not feeling any baby movement so far. Pls suggest when did I start feeling baby movements?did  a check for heartbeat ta 17 weeks , doctor said everything looks fine. Is it normal not to feel any in your 18 weeks. I'm worried as I read that you may start feeling movements about 18 weeks. I m very much anxious not to feel anything so far. Pls advice.

Last month i got my period on 19th july and it was a regular flow but on day 5 my flow had almost stopped and i just had little to no discharge.. i masturbated on this day by stimulating my clitoris to orgasm , did not insert anything, no pain and no injury felt. immediately after this, i saw bright red bleeding which eventually turned into brown spotting and discharge and stopped. is this normal? was this just a continuation of my period? what was the reason or cause for this? i masturbated once my period was fully over in july and no bleeding occurred. what was the cause for the earlier bleeding?? pls help!
