Letrozole and short cycle

Asked for Female, 26 Years

Hello, My doc suggested letroz 2.5 mg 2 tablets for 5 days from my 2nd day. follicle size was 1.43*1.06 cm on 11th day .but got small red clots on 20th day followed by medium bleeding on 21st and 22nd day.my period cycle is usually 30-32 days .Please help me understand if it is periods or some other problem.
