Post 5 hours after C section delivery my sister is having 101°C fever.. is it normal?? Can baby feed from mom now?

The fever could be reactionary to anesthesic drugs
You should look for signs such as Urine colour
per vaginal bleeding
previous history of urine infection or other infection
severe leg pain
history of clotting bleeding disorders
you should withhold breastfeeding for baby till fever reduces once fever subsides she can start breastfeeding.
