Pregnancy and Infertility

Generally my wife's menstrual cycles are normal but suddenly for the 1st time she got her periods or spotting after 15 days. She is concerned about this, so we want to know what should be the cause for this ?

Have pcos and in follicular study says eggs r released both ovaries by help of hcg inj. Doc suggested me metformin 500mg  morning and evening. Today is day 20th. Should i continue morning and evening? I feel dizziness and tired. Unable to work. And also can i travel by train?

What is the best time to get copper T fitted ? Is it okay to get fitted after 20days of periods ??

My periods started after my delivery in 7 months and twice it was for 7 -8 days and this time it's lasting for 10 days . Is there any problem with this ?

My nt scan report says.i have placenta anterior and lower margin extends upto internal os. i have question during my ovulation cycle i was using stairs 5 time up and down. due to which does it cause lower margin

I had a fibroid removal surgery done exactly one month ago( june 20th) , past few days I have a burning sensation( no pain) on the lower left side of my stomach with back pain, sometimes it radiates to my left leg also. This happens only when I sit or lie down and I feel ok if I walk for sometimes..My last periods was on 30th june. Should I be worried about this?

8 months ago I was diagnosed with a cyst in right ovary. Doctor gave me medicine. I used to receive my periods every second month. This time my period ended in just 1 day with almost no blood.I felt some pain also.Today I got my ultrasound done.Report is attached.

I take unwanted 72 pill after taking that, my periods occur twice in ten days and the blood is also too thick and of brown colored.

I've had persistent itching near the vulva and the inner thigh area near the vulva. Sometimes I feel burning in urine area as well. It's a very recurrent problem for me. Pls help
