Usg report of lower abdominal KIDNEY--Right-90XLeft-92mm Ureters- Not diluted Urinary bladder - Smooth URETRUS-Normal and size Centrally placed and 13mm thickness Uretrus measure - 84x43x35mm ADNEXA Both ovaries reveal multiple tiny follicles in subcapsular region & hyperechoic central stroma. Right ovary 39 X 20 mm Left ovary  37 X 22 mm No free fluid or SOL is seen in pouch of Douglas. IMPRESSION - Polycystic ovaries

Since two months I get few blood spots after a week of completion of periods along with transparent discharge

Usually I won't have much period blood in my 1st 2 day of my period. But this time, it's heavier and big & thick clotts are seen. Is it normal? Or is it a miscarriage?
