If my period is delayed, primolut N twice a day for 5 days is correct dosage?? is this the right dosage? When will i get periods on taking this

I got bleeding after taking ipill in may on 16th and in June on 19th and in July on 14th.. is it necessary to take Intimacy 2 tablet to regulate the cycle or should i wait one more cycle? is it an irregular cycle?? should i take the pills?

My wife periods due is nearing. She is experiencing unusual symptoms these days. She is was having swellen gums , headache. Since yesterday she was having flow which is not usual it is similar to her fifth day of normal cycle.she is not experiencing any menstrual cramps. Yesterday she was experiencing frequent urination. I have thyroid TSH 5.27 and pcod. Amh >10, high prolactin. Why should I take endogest tablet. What if I didn't intake that? Does taking endogest is mandatory After ovulation? Does it affect conceiving? What about normal progesterone in our body? What hormonal profile tests should I do to find overall hormones which s main for fertility? Plz Clear my queries

I took two ipill with a gap of 14 days in one menstrual cycle. The first one i took in june 28 and the second one 13 july. In the first time I had withdrawal bleeding after 5 days which lasts for 3 days. But after 13 july I still haven’t got the withdrawal bleeding. I toom it as a safety measure. Though my partner ejaculated outside me.  And I am sure about that. My next menstruation date was 20th july. And today is 21st july. Will you please give some advice regarding this?

Fetal heart rate at 33 weeks 3 days is 144 bpm. But when i checked at 32 weeks it was 157 bpm. Is this normal that heart beat decreases
