High prolactin 81 ng/ml
Hi, My prolactin level is 81 ng/ml. i have also done test for pcos and tsh. testosterone level is 39 and TSH is 3.4 I had an abortion 3 yrs back and is it because of that my prolactin is showing high? Is MRI needed for this level or medicine treatment would work? Please suggest.

You can try Medical treatment for Hyperprolactinemia. If it is successful then you don't need an MRI.

A high prolactin level needs to be treated Mri is advised if prolactin levels are more than 10 0 U can strt the medicine repeat prolactin levels after 3 months of treatment
