I had my 30weeks scan and it mentioned prominent cisterns magna 1.1cms.whats the problem and does it causes problems to fetal

I am looking forward to get HPV vaccine, however I would be in India for 4 months. Is it possible to get doses in 0,1,3 month? If not, then what would is the recommendation?

Hi drs, My last period was in jun 18-19, acc to which it's 5 th week for me but I did my first USG today so a single intrauterine sac is seen measured 3.2 mm of 4 week I want to know Is it ok? My LMP date is diff vs sac Why both are diff ? I hope everything is fine ?

I couldn't breastfeed my baby from the time he is born as i never got milk. i observed few drops of milk only after 15days due to tablets given by gynec.By that time my baby is completely dependent on formula. Now my baby is two months. I am trying to express milk whenever possible and can see 2ml.Does that mean i can try exclusive pumping? Can I take any supplements to increase breast milk now? Please suggest

April and May 22 No periods after Visiting Gynecologist I advised Rx- 1. Normoz---BD 2. Depura 3. Ultra CA plus- QD 4. Primolute N QD-D3-D23 I got periods on 13 th June but this Last period was on 13th June, Now On June 25th again I got period, Normally 8-10 monthly period. Currently Normoz and Primulate N taking, Should i stop Primulate N. Is any issue, This time I got early period. Kindly advice???

Hello doctors, I am suffering from high prolactin from Feb 2022. I have taken  cabergoline twice a week for 2 months and left the medicine in May 2022.In April I was taking medicine and diagnosed with prolactin level 48 ng/ml. Now today I am diagnosed with prolactin level 80 ng/ml. Please let me know this is normal or having serious problem. Please through with attachment for report.
