Today is my Day 8 of menses and my Endometrial lining is 9 mm which doctor is saying is too thick for an embryo transfer. How much should be the lining for a embryo transfer ?

Hello, My friend has taken mifepristone on 26th July night around 8pm. doctor has asked her to take misoprostol on 28th morning, but by mistake she took it today itself 800mcg of misoprostol. If bleeding doesn't start, can she take another dose of misoprostol tomorrow morning ?
