If my pressure is normal do I need to be concern about preeclampsia ?as my pressure is normal But there is rapid gain in my weight

Hi , I have a 2.5 month old kid. Recently I started bleeding within 7 days of my period again(bleeding between periods) which is heavy. I went through a USG of pelvis and these are my results : Uterus is anteverted, bulky in size, measures 91 mm x 61 mm x 56 mm. Myometrial echotexture is homogeneous. Hypoechoic lesions seen --- largest at fundus measuring 47 mm x 46 mm -- partly subserous. Endometrial echo is normal in thickness (11 mm) and seen at midline. OVARIES Left ovary is normal in size with peripheral follicles. No focal lesion seen. Left ovary measures : 26 mm x 24 mm x 23 mm. Right ovary cyst seen measuring 30 mm x 30 mm. Can someone pls suggest what can be the reason for my bleeding between periods and what can be done to stop it. And is this an emergency as I have to travel next week to my native place.

I'm currently 37weeks my baby is in transverse position.is there any chance my baby can come to head down position. I really want to try for normal delivery.

For the past one week I am feeling a burning sensation during natural call. Can you please suggest me any medicine to get rid of this problem?

Hello dr, I delivered baby in May and now in month of July i can see some spotting. May be my periods are back. I am giving baby both breast and formula feeding to my baby. Is this the reason to have periods early. Will my periods affect milk supply. I am pumping to increase the milk flow to completely switch to breast milk. I am little confused why periods are so early and will my baby will get low breast milk

There is a slight burning sensation during nature call. Is there any medicine  to get rid of this problem?
