Im 30 years old and having over weight and irregular periods and irregular bleeding during periods can i use strip of 21 tablets that are estrogen supplements for regularising periods and for how many months can i use them i attached pitcure of tablets please help me

Hi doc, i have pcos and irregular periods. Went for follicular study both left and right ovary eggs are released in day 17th and 19th with hcg 5000.i was in metformin and folic acid. At day 24 my doc suggested susten 200 at night for 10 days. Today is day 29th. No periods. I have cramps back pain. I have tested upt its negative. After stopping susten when will i get periods? Should i continue the susten?
