Pregnancy and Infertility

At the age of 12 or 13  years, I was partially vaccinated of HPV vaccine. Not fully vaccinated. Now recently I'm aware of that v. Now my present age is 27 years old. Now how can i take the vaccine? At this if I again take vaccine will it be effective?

I have pcos, however for past 3 months periods i got my periods on time for around5 days. This month i am still getting periods for over 14 days. Have hypothyroid too.

Hii. Iam 32 year old having 4 year old. My baby born at 34 weeks because of Polyhydromnious and water leaked.5 months back I had miscarriage at 9 weeks because of sub choronic hemorrage and no heart beat at 9 weeks had d n c,. Recently one month back I had chemical pregnency. While 5 weeks scan I came to know septate uterus with 2.8 CM myometrial intendation and i am having pcod. I am concerned weather I need surgery for septate uterus or cervical cervlage Is enough. I don't understand why I had chemical pregnency. How can avoid future miscarriages.

I recently underwent an usg and the result showed uterus as bulky, other things are okay. the size of the uterus is 50mm*33mm*101mm. Is this normal or there is any issue?. My menses are regular and no other problem showed in usg report apart from this.
