Sir/Ma'am yesterday I missed my novelon birth control pills.. can I take two tablets today.. is it okay?

I was advised itracanazole for 7 days (2 tablets/day) due to fungal infection. I dint get my periods and its delay by 1 week already. Can irtacanazole cause period problems?

Is it safe to do doppler ultrasound after every 15 days as preg is high risk on blood thinners...I am 30.weeks preg...till now i have done 3 dopplers...

Since two months I get few blood spots after a week of completion of periods along with transparent discharge

I had my d&c on last Wednesday for rpoc.last five days I am having brown water like discharge.It is normal to discharge like this.How many days it is ok to discharge like this.It is important to take usg .when will I take it.I attached my picture here
