My friend had a period in the first week of this month and today again bleeding started in the morning Actually my cycle is about 30-35 days But this time in a single month it is second time in the same month So anyone please help me about this, is this normal?

Hi, I am Indrani and I'm 23 years old. This month I've got my period on around 6th of July. There was a light bleeding for around 6 days and it stopped. Again 16th I started bleeding. I use a small size menstrual cup, usually I remove, clean, and put it back 2 times a day. But this time I'm losing so much blood, around 30~50 ml each day. My body also feeling very sore. From last month (i.e., June and July) I had period flow only for one day. I am concerned about what's the reason? Because my periods are very regular and period flow lasts for 5 days every single month. Is this a serious issue? Should I consult a doctor? There is no such change in my lifestyle or diet. I had swelling and pain in my legs from last month. Orthopedic doctor has given me some medicines to reduce the pain and swelling. Is this the reason?
