Diet advice for a pcos patient
Greetings, I am a teenage female ( with BMI: 26) recently diagnosed with PCOS. I am trying to get rid of it through diet and lifestyle modifications and haven't tried any medication yet. My question is can I include protein powder in my diet?

Your BMI is 26 . You are already overweight. Why do you want to take additional Protein supplements ? You should try to lose weight. For further information regarding dieting, please consult a Dietitian in your area or on Practo.
