I have given blood sample at 6 am and found high prolactin around 58.5ng/ml. I read prolactin test to be done 3 hrs after waking up Is it true?

Hello doctor, I'm in 9th week, doctor advised that at 12th week nt scan and double marker test. I'm on ecosprin 75mg and enoxaparin 40mg. By using this medicine can my double marker test values change ?  Please Doctor tell me
