I'm 5 feet tall and weighing 65kg . My periods are regular . My expected period is on Oct 24. I'm playing basketball for a ten days . I'm having regular diet no calorie deficiency.
Yesterday I noticed little spotting . Today too I have more spotting I thought period started as I got backache too . But it looked very light flow like on day 6 or so.
Is it normal as I'm working out. How long it take for my body to settle ?
