Long periods after starting workouts
I am obese. So as per doctor instruction i started diet and exercises. My exercises are home workout including floor exercises, standing workout, cardio. I am loosing weight and feeling good. My problem is after workout first cycle i had 8 days of periods, second cycle 12 days where it started as spotting then become normal and last few days also spotting. This month i am now in cycle day 6. Normal flow i have from day one. Should i need to stop workout? I used to work out during periods also as i am comfortable. I am also Trying to conceive naturally.

Continue workout, don't stop, don't do vigrous excercises during periods, keep regular relationship for normal conception, take healthy balanced diet, drink adequate water, avoid stress

Don't stop work out , yes u might have problem because u might have suddenly started excercise, for conceiving it's very imp for u to lose weight , u can skip workout on first three days of ur periods , which might stop all this , and if not consult a local doctor to check ur hormones
