I got abortion in 6th month exactly one month back..now I got period...from 4 days there is a over bleeding like using 2 pads a day...I haven't faced like this anytime... Is this dangerous or common..? What I need to do..

I had hypothyroid and I was having medication 50 mg for the same for past 1 year. Also, I avoided white color vegetables. Now, my results have been changed and hypothyroid has become mils hyperthyroid. Can you please suggest if I have to change my dosage and diet?
