Rubella igg 29 and igm 0.39
My wife having 19months and 4 days pragnency. Her rubella igg positive 29 nd rubella igm negative 0.39. is there any problem or chances on the basis on this report having congenital diseases to the child.
Other 14-15 reports like USG level 2, quad screening and other tests are absolutely normal..

A positive rubella igg indicates immunity
This means the patient got the MMR vaccine in childhood
Getting rubella igg levels checked in pregnancy should be avoided as it adds to unnecessary stress
