So your Rubella IgG is positive which suggests you are immune to Rubella ( you have antibodies for Rubella)
It happens in two cases , either you have taken the vaccine for Rubella in the past or you have had Rubella infection in the past.
Conclusion is Rubella IgG should be positive, it is normal .

Your report shows that your positive for rubella IgG but negative for IgM . That means ( in common man language ) that you have been exposed to rubella in the past but at present there is no active infection . The past infection or vaccine can stimulate your immunity to make immunoglobins as memory .

Why you did Torch in pregnancy? Any indication?
IgG positive usually indicates past infection but we need to recheck it to low for rising titre,.
