Are there chances for hydrosalpinx to become cancerous anytime if it is left untreated ,kindly clarify

I am keeping susten 400 vaginally twice a day and paste is coming out.Is this normal? Till how many hours I have to lie down. What does susten 400 do?

I have delivered baby on 7th August. I am facing issue of low breast milk. I am taking Galact granules from last 30 days, but there is only little increase in breast milk. I am giving formula milk along with breast milk. Should I continue this or you can suggest some better thing.

I am trying to concieve, my last period was  August 24 2022. My cycles are now regular. Today 14 sep I saw some brown spotting. What could be? Period have started or any underlying conditions or is it an implantation bleeding?

I was prescribed yasmin for pcod for sometime. I had periods on 7 August and then I stopped yasmin suddenly due to which I got periods again on 30 August. Now on 14 September I'm again bleeding. I had checked my pcod through usg and doctor said I don't have pcod. I did not do tvs usg I did the normal usg. My question is the period that I got on 14 September is this my cycle actually because doctor said I had periods again on 30 August due to abruptly stopping yasmin. Should I wait and observe my cycle and then go to a doctor? Please advise.
