Pregnancy and Infertility

This month on my due date instead of period blood flow I am only seeing fleshy tissues covered with blood they are also at some time especially when I pee. This is happening on the first day of my menstruation. Still I am on my menstruation and the second day is about to begin but there is no blood only tissues .

Suffering from irregular period from last 1 year  amh is 6.07 , tsh is 3.21 & my last cycle was on 1 Aug.

My double marker test done at 12plus 3 weeks gestation shows Pappa A 0.829 Fb HCG 10.40 Nt value 2.3 Corr.Mom values 0.3 for first two. Is my test normal??

I am having urinal pain from last 10 months. Urine is normal. No pain during urine. I took many medicine for infection. Some time Little pain but again starts pain more and continue pain. Microbacterium test is done but TB and other than TB not detected. Urine test done but it is normal. USG is done it is also normal. HSG is done. Left tube is blocked and other all normal. After taking antibiotics also. Pain is continue in urinal. We are planing for baby from last 3 years. Please suggest what to do for pain???
