Is this necessary that all women will experience implantation symptoms like cramps and spotting and any other ?

Hello doctor Kindly see my follicular study report done on 11 th day of my LMP. On same day  doctor gave me a  HCG shot (i.e on 14 th sept ). Yesterday lh(opk) kit showed positive but today it's showing as negative. 1)did i ovulate? 2)is 4 mm of endometrial thickness  on 11th day of my cycle good? 3)what are my chances of conceiving.kindly suggest me

Hi doc, Can hsg procedure fail ? Doctor tried to push dye in uterus but it didnt reach inside. I was on 9th fay of period. She tried 4 times but no luck. Can this happen because of panic situation of patient ? Will SSG help me here instead of HSG? Will it be done with lesser pain as compared to HSG?
