Hi, just wanted to know what I can eat after embryo transfer. And what I should not eat. Can I cook food for 2 people. What daily activities I can do after embryo transfer.

I have had 2 missed miscarriage , one at 8 weeks and one at 6 weeks.I want to know what test and treatment i should take , before trying again. My blood and thyroid are normal.

Delivered baby on 10th sep from Caesarean.   Can I travel by car on 6th oct to my hometown (max 6hr)
