Hi mam / sir i am 26 yrs old and my family is deciding to make me marry to my close relative (dad's yonger sisters son) and this is the 1 st consanguineous marriage in my family. I want to know is there any complications of this  marriage in future kids or our health / is there any specified tests that can be done to know the hereditary diseases because of this marriage. I had c section on 11 june ...lochia lasts for 1 month ...and after 1 month gap ..I got bleeding on 11 august...last for 5 days then again in 24 August bleeding started lasts for 5 days ...then again 3 September bleeding started lasts for 9 days ...then after 4 days from 16 September spotting started .. .very irregular bleeding ...m partially breastfeeding ...day time breastfeeding night formula feeding.is anything to worry about

My mom (48) has a 58*52mm fibroid (intramural), due to which she has very heavy bleeding. This month her doctor gave her Regesterone. She took 3 tablets on 3rd day and 3 on the 4th. Now, at the 7th day just when her periods should have stopped, the bleeding has started again. What to do? She went to another doctor for second opinion and that doctor adviced her to stop regesterone. That's why she stopped taking them. Ps- she is scheduled for hysterectomy at the end of this month.
