Saggy breast and tummy
Hello. I fed my baby for 2years and stopped feeding 2 years back. From a month i have noticed my breast and tummy is more saggy and I'm going for gym. They have tested bmi and said due to fat and muscle loss it's saggy. It's very saggy now. Can I get it firmed. Is there any medicines or injection for tat. My age is 32 but I'm feeling like 50+. I'm using some oil to massage on breast.

No need to massage. Saggy breast can be treated by surgery only, there is no muscle in the breast tissue so you can not tone them with the exercise. Saggy tummy can be toned by exercise. No medicine
