Bulky uterus with thickened endometrium
My mom menopause was 11 year ago. Now my mom notice some blood spotting. Then we do usg and the report is bulky uterus with thickened endometrium(25.9 mm). My mother age is 55.i have my wedding after 2 months. Can the uterus operation hold by 2 months with any medicine?

After menopause any bleeding is   needed   daignostic investigation like pelvic MRI or daignostic  curratage so these  investigation take 8to10days along with medicine ,so    you can save time  and also beneficial and can hold  . Also  you  and your family members are tention free as she is  investigated and under supervision of consultant

It should not be delayed.An urgent endometrial biopsy should be done to make the diagnosis.Ultrasound report is highly suggestive of some cancer

Firstly a biopsy of the lining needs to be done urgently. Whether she will need a quickly surgery or any other treatment depends on how urgently the condition needs to be addressed.
Next Steps
Basically your doctor will run some routine tests and schedule this biopsy . It’s a small procedure and the report of the biopsy may take 3 to 5 days. Any further decision would be taken depending on the report

She needs urgent endometrial biopsy to rule out cancer which is a day care procedure It takes around a week for the HPE report Only after that surgery can be planned
