My period cycle is usually between 30-32 days and I have regular period. My endometrium thickness is 12mm on the 18th day of my cycle. Is this normal?

What's your resolution towards this? OVARIES are enlarged in size and show multiple peripherally placed small follicles with central echogenic stroma. No focal lesion seen. OVARIES measures as follows: Right ovary: 4.3 x 2.1 x 2.8 cm, vol-14.0 cc. Left ovary: 4.1 x 2.0 x 2.9 cm, vol-13.1 cc. POD & adnexa are free. No evidence of ascites. I had a laparoscopic myomectomy 2 weeks ago but my stomach is still swollen, had pain at times and some bleeding( dont know menstrual cycle as it is only 21 days now since last cycle) and had spotting since surgery.
