Hi Doctor, I got married and was weighing 68 kg. After that shifted to UAE for the past 7 months and I was having periods every month lately, my weight is now 80 kg. Last month Sept 29,30 just a drop blood only spotted in urine after that periods started from Oct 1, 2022 and it continued and on 3rd day it was getting over after that on 5th day I noticed it was stopped and contacted with my partner after few days I noticed my periods are not getting stopped and even till date, sometimes a light / heavy blood spotting substances produced in urine but not in sanitary pad in which I have to wipe in a tissue or towel the blood to check whether its getting stopped or not. I feel something in throat but nothing and also not sure. In between one day, i had sudden  lower abdomen pain, jaw pain and earpain at night now its fine. Kindly advice with a naturally been treated suggestion or any medicine with no side effect so that it would be helpful.

I have pcod So doctor prescribed me Yasmin tablet I took this tablet 20days This is the first month I have started taking the tablet But from the 12th days of the med I started bleeding spotting I told this to doctor and asper him this is breakthrough bleeding and it's normal Today I have completed 21 tablet Then next 7days pill free days My question is this 7 days i expect periods or bleeding??
