Right abdominal pain and spotting
I had right abdominal pain and spotting 4 days before periods. I went to doctor a day before my periods and did upt(negative), tvs (nothing found)and beta hcg( less than 2.39). I started heavy bleeding on my due date and it stopped on 4th day and pain is also gone. What could be reason of this pain?

Delay in periods
I get my last periods on 8th September and from 5 months I get periods on 11th April,may,June,July , August . And in October my periods are 5 days delay.
