Urine leakage while sneezing

Asked for Female, 25 Years

Hello doctor , I have delivered a baby 7 months ago . Right now for 2 months I am on fibroease 25 medication for treatment of fibroids.I have joined gym sessions too since a month. Since 2 days I am noticing some urine leakage while accidental sneezing . Please suggest.
