Hi doc, whenever I sneeze I leak urine, how can i prevent this, coz I'm feeling embarrassed...plz help!

Do a urine culture and sensitivity . Do Keagles pelvic exercise 3 sets of 10 three times a day
Take Tablet Detrol LA 4 mg at bedtime once every night

Avoid coffee or tea or spicy diet
Drink lots of water and fruits juice

If still no relief do ultrasound Kidney ureter and bladder to see any stones
