Blood clots during periods.
I am 37 years old. I was having irregular periods and my Dr gave me birth control pills to regulate the periods. I took it for a month and got periods.
I noticed small clots during my periods for a long time now. It happens every cycle.
It's like heavy flow for 3 days and then it will be like clots too. Clots are not very big but not small too. Kind of small coin size.
Is this normal?
I had an abortion 4 years ago and I see these changes in my periods since then. My period was all normal and light before that. I noticed blood clots and heavy flow for 4 years now.
Is this normal or do I need to get any imaging done?
