Hi i am using yasmin pills from 3 months and i used only 2 tablets in a strip and skiped using them last month i want to start again now can i use the last strip where i only have 19 pills day 1&2 missing or should i start new strip of medicines

You can take those pills. But be sure that the pills are not very effective in the first month of use, whenever started.
