Took 2 pills a day due to confusion

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I've taken 21 pills already when it is just my 20th day. Should I take another pack to make it 21 days or should i start my 7 pill free days? bybthe way i am taking althea not as contraceptive but as a cure for my hormonal imbalance.
