I am a breast feeding mother, yesterday while feeding solids to my baby, suddenly when I lift my right hand I felt some sort of numbness.. after that the sensation of hot/cold is still there in my palm... and it's not going... while sleeping it's fine... and after getting up, after 5mins I feel the same sensation... no pain ntng

I was on OCT (pink eva35) it's been 7 days my OCT over..I haven't got my periods yet. I have pcos and we r trying for baby too..due to irregular timing my gynac suggested me that pill .

We have been trying to conceive since February.. my results all became normal in July since I got covid in Jan end. I consulted a doc and she asked me to take letrozole on day 2 of my period, asked to come for scan on 12th day. We tried, but yet no results. I stopped letrozole with that one cycle and continued to try normally. Someone suggested I see homeo and had that medicines also for around 2 months .. but again no results. I'm not sure what to do now .. husband is not willing to take tests also. I'm extremely worried. I was also diagnosed with pcod almost 10 years back , with ovarian cysts , had medication, but all ok now I guess. I'm a lean person, but normal weight 48.8 kg. Height is 5'2. Is it ok if I take letrozole in the next cycle ? Asking because I don't know if it's safe.
