Please consult a Gynaecologist in your area . For such things a Tele-consultation is not the best form of management because you will  again need a Gynaecologist to carry out the procedure that we recommend. It will be better if a Gynaecologist sees you and decides what has to be done, and does it also.

Pls connect for further discussion . usually infection doesn't cause missed miscarriage .it can lead to spontaneous abortion or threatened abortion but unlikely missed abortion.so connect
