What could be the possible reason for pelvic pain after 4 month post csec even if the abdomen & tvs usg is normal , still there is mild pain in pelvic zone

I got my periods for 5 days then it got stopped for 5 days n then started heavy bleeding again !! Y is this happening? What can I do whats the reason?

Hi, doctor advised me to take letrozole from 2nd day of period at night after food for 5 days.. and also to take an injection Eema hmg 150 on 3 rd day of cycle . By mistake I took letrzole first dose on 2nd day morning after breakfast. So do I need to continue with same timing for 5 days..? or from next dose do I need to take it after dinner.. ?

My period did not come on time, so I found myself in a doctor's examination that I have a febroid on the upper surface of my uterus. After which my treatment started but even after that the period did not come on time, after that the doctor told us to eat Regestrone tablet for five days. After that it was said that the period would come but it has been four days but the period did not come and now small pimples have come out on the face, itching is also happening. 

Hello Doctor. My last period was on August 29th. After that Till I date I didn't get my period. I had a urine test today morning (Oct 22) but it's negative. Please suggest any medicine so that I could have period on time. Thank you
