Hi doctor, I am breastfeeding mother, having 8month baby. My period started last month but didn't stop. Doctor told to take meprate for 15days and told take cerazette( along with trapic mf for 5days)on 5th day of cycle. Period started after stopping meprate but period bleeding stopped completely after one week after taking cerazette. Today again light bleeding. What is the reason. When will bleeding stop completely. I have pcod with endometrial hyperplasia Pelvis scan done on 15 oct 2022- endo thickness is 3mm uniform layer, no polyps or fibroids, bulky ovary with bilateral pcod Attached scan report.

CanI take i-pill after lunch? Will it work, or I need to wait for tomorrow morning? And what precautions do I need to take after i-pill?

Our GS on 12th Oct is 0.26 CM & on 15th Oct is 0.39 CM.. is growth rate is slow? What should we understand from this size.. TVS is done to find these readings.. is these readings are reliable in early stage?

My periods stopped 1 year ago. After waiting for two months without periods, I consulted my Gynecologist. She prescribed Meprate tablets and said I would get periods. I got the periods for two months. It stopped after that even after eating the tablets. So the doctor said I have reached menopause. I didn't get periods thereafter for 7 months. 2 months ago I went to the doctor for routine check up. She said I need to eat Meprate again and see if periods start. I did and I got my periods for two months. But last month, despite eating the tablets, I didn't get my periods. Is it necessary to induce periods by eating the tablets? Or I can just think that I have reached menopause. My FSH is 59. Kindly advise. Thanks

Right fallopian is blocked left is open trying to conceive with pcos problem. Medication for fertilization prescribed. However laparoscopic surgery is also advised. Is laparoscopic surgery necessary or is there any other alternative for removing block of the tube?. Can conception happen with one tube open?
